OVK inspection

(Mandatory ventilation control) will be performed from the middle of may month 2018. This is a mandatory demand from Ludvika municipality, which means that Ludvika Sotarn (chimney sweeping company) that will perform the work must have access to all apartments. Ludvika Sotarn will inform when your staircase is up for inspection as they are your contact person. When they perform the inspection they will also clean the ventilation duct.

The board

Ordinary association meeting was held 15/4.

There the first of two votes regarding change of statutes were performed, the association voted for the new suggested statutes.
An extra association meeting will be issued soon to hold the determining vote, and after this they will be sent to Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) for registration.
