Generatorn is a housing cooperative in central Ludvika. The cooperative consists of five properties with a total of 109 apartments. The cooperative also has parking spaces, garages and common areas.

The properties were built 1954-1956.

The buildings total area, according to the property taxation is 10 993 square meters,
where 6 121 square meters are living areas and 418 square meters are facility areas.

The buildings are heated with district heating.
